To my core, I believe that women are powerful and can positively impact the world. In a world full of problems and hardship, I prefer to see the glass half full, find the silver linings, and even in the worst scenarios lean into my realistic but optimistic tendencies. Impossible situations just mean we may need to be a bit more creative in the problem solving process!

There is no reason we need to play by the rules someone else imposes on our lives. Together, we can change the game and embrace our fullest potential. Together, we can stop playing small and step into all of the big possibilities available in this abundant life.

If you can’t find me in my home office with my thinking cap on or leading my team of game-changers, check the barn. I have been a horsewoman my whole life and always have a herd of horses under my care, although the number seems to keep growing… and usually a dog or two. My favorite time of day is when the world is quiet and I get to listen to the horses peacefully eating their hay. In my spare time, I do my best to make a positive impact on others in my various roles as a paramedic.
